Where are you located?
We are located in Denver, CO. Our offices are on Platte Street, which is the main drag of a small but up-and-coming Denver neighborhood generally referred to as Commons Park or Central Platte Valley.
How long have you been in business?
We have been providing Private Label SEM since 2006. Our team members have between 2 – 8 years of SEO, PPC, and Website Analytics experience at both agencies and working in-house for clients.
What are your billing terms?
Our standard billing arrangement involves billing in arrears at the end of each month for all services provided during the month. Our payment terms are NET 15 with approved business credit.
Who contracts with the client?
Your company maintains all legal agreements with the client. We will request a copy of the client agreement and a statement of work for each client project.
How do you communicate with the client?
We communicate with your client through email and scheduled conference calls. This allows you to monitor all communications with your client. If the client needs to communicate outside of email or the scheduled conference calls, we expect them to contact your company.
What is private labeled for my company?
All reports and emails are private labeled from your company. Our standard reporting includes weekly keyword ranking and traffic reports. We average between 15 – 20 emails per month per client.
How should we price our search marketing services?
We will work with you to develop your search marketing packages and prices depending on your operational specialties, staff expertise, and current client base. We have experience in packaging custom solutions for companies of all sizes from a large company to a small web design agency.
How should we respond to sales inquiries and proposals?
Once you have pre-qualified for a search marketing lead, we will provide sales support with research and analysis to develop the quote and statement of work.
Can you help us sell search marketing services?
Because we work with a number of different companies and agencies, we can’t directly participate in any sales proposals or conference calls.
